2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.2. The User agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, refrain from fraudulent or unlawful activities, and provide accurate information.
3. Payments and Refunds
3.1. Payment for services is carried out in accordance with the current tariffs published on SellProduct.
3.2. Refunds are possible in accordance with the Payment & Refund Policy available on the website.
4. Security and Fraud Prevention
4.1. The Company applies 3DSecure technologies, PCI DSS compliance, and other security measures.
4.2. The User undertakes not to use the services for fraudulent transactions.
5. Liability
5.1. The Company is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or incorrect User actions.
5.2. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided and compliance with this Agreement.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. This Agreement is valid from the moment the User starts using SellProduct services.
6.2. The Company may update the terms, with notice published on the website.
6.3. The applicable law is the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
