Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

1.1. SellProduct (sellproduct.net) is operated by Firesoft, LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Contact: [email protected].

1.2. This policy covers the SellProduct website, the management panel (my.sellproduct.net), online stores (sellproduct.net/@shop), Telegram bots connected to shops, and the SellProduct integration for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and others (MCP server at api.sellproduct.net).

2. Data we collect

2.1. Account data: name, phone number, Telegram account ID (used for login codes), language.

2.2. Shop data entered by you and your workers: shop name and settings, products, prices, stock, suppliers, sales and receipts, payments, debts, cashback, promo codes, workers and their roles.

2.3. Your customers' data entered into your shop: name, phone number, address, purchases, debts and cashback balance. For this data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.

2.4. Online store and Telegram bot data: orders and contact details buyers submit; the Telegram bot token you provide.

2.5. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, log-in times and security logs; device tokens for the push notifications you turn on.

2.6. Partner program: if you take part in it, your bank details (bank name, account number, SWIFT) and the history of payouts to you.

2.7. AI assistant integration: when you connect SellProduct to an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude or any other assistant that supports MCP), we receive only the requests the assistant sends to our tools (for example "search products: Coca-Cola") and an access token for your account. We do not receive or store your chat history.

2.8. We do not collect payment card data, government ID numbers, or health data through the AI integration.

3. How we use data

• To provide the service: cash register, warehouse, statistics, online store, Telegram bot, AI assistant tools.
• To secure accounts, prevent fraud and investigate abuse.
• To provide customer support.
• To bill for subscription plans.

We do not use your shop data or your customers' data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Who receives data

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (servers, databases, backups).
• Telegram, to deliver login codes and to run the shop's bot.
• Uzum Bank, our payment provider, only for subscription billing; card details are entered on its pages, not ours.
• The AI assistant you connect (for example ChatGPT by OpenAI or Claude by Anthropic) receives the results of the tools you or your workers call, within your account permissions.
• Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika on the public website (sellproduct.net): they set cookies and receive your IP address and pages viewed, so we can see how the site is used.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) and Google Maps, when a buyer searches for or views a delivery address in an online store: their IP address reaches these services.
• Authorities, when required by law.

5. Retention

• Account and shop data, including sales, receipts and payment records: while the account and the shop exist. When you delete a shop or your account, its data is deleted at once.
• Security and activity logs: while the account exists.
• AI assistant sessions: until you disconnect the assistant, or 5 days after it was last used.

6. Your controls

• Edit or delete products, customers and other shop data in the management panel.
• Disconnect any AI assistant at any time in your SellProduct profile (Sessions) or in the assistant's settings. This revokes its access immediately.
• Remove a Telegram bot from the shop settings.
• Request a copy of your data, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

7. Security

7.1. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited by the roles you assign.

7.2. AI assistants act only with the permissions of the signed-in user.

8. Children

8.1. SellProduct is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

9.1. We will post updates on this page and change the "Last updated" date.

10. Governing law

10.1. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
