1. Payment Procedure
- 1.1. All payments for services rendered via the SellProduct.net platform shall be made exclusively through the online payment methods available on the website. 
- 1.2. Transactions are processed with the use of 3D Secure authentication and in compliance with PCI DSS standards to ensure maximum protection against unauthorized access and fraudulent activity. 
- 1.3. The User acknowledges that by initiating a payment, they confirm the accuracy of the provided data and consent to the debiting of the corresponding amount. 
2. Refund Terms
- 2.1. Refunds shall be executed solely upon the User’s written request submitted to the Company’s support service. 
- 2.2. The User is required to provide documentary proof of payment when requesting a refund. 
- 2.3. Approved refunds shall be transferred only to the same payment method originally used by the User, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 
3. Limitations and Conditions
- 3.1. Refunds may only be granted in cases deemed justified by the Company, and in full accordance with this Policy. 
- 3.2. Service fees, bank commissions, or transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable. 
- 3.3. The processing time of refunds depends on the User’s financial institution and may vary beyond the Company’s control. 
4. Final Provisions
- 4.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
- 4.2. By making any payment through SellProduct.net, the User confirms full understanding and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.
