Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Procedure

  1. 1.1. All payments for services rendered via the SellProduct.net platform shall be made exclusively through the online payment methods available on the website.

  2. 1.2. Transactions are processed with the use of 3D Secure authentication and in compliance with PCI DSS standards to ensure maximum protection against unauthorized access and fraudulent activity.

  3. 1.3. The User acknowledges that by initiating a payment, they confirm the accuracy of the provided data and consent to the debiting of the corresponding amount.

2. Refund Terms

  1. 2.1. Refunds shall be executed solely upon the User’s written request submitted to the Company’s support service.

  2. 2.2. The User is required to provide documentary proof of payment when requesting a refund.

  3. 2.3. Approved refunds shall be transferred only to the same payment method originally used by the User, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Limitations and Conditions

  1. 3.1. Refunds may only be granted in cases deemed justified by the Company, and in full accordance with this Policy.

  2. 3.2. Service fees, bank commissions, or transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

  3. 3.3. The processing time of refunds depends on the User’s financial institution and may vary beyond the Company’s control.

4. Final Provisions

  1. 4.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  2. 4.2. By making any payment through SellProduct.net, the User confirms full understanding and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.
